Title of goods remains with the company until payment is received in full. Claims must be made within 14 days.

Any and all refund claims beyond the scope of statutory rights are within the sole discretion of Gapogroup (or its agents or a nominated party) to issue. Approval of a claim beyond the statutory period will also be based upon quality checks by the Gapogroup (or its agents or a nominated party) to determine that the stock has not been compromised. If approved your refund will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the funds will only be issued once the before mentioned conditions have been met. The return shipping of the stock to Gapogroup (or its agents or a nominated party) will be covered by the claimant.

All prices shown exclude VAT. Shipping is included based on UK to UK delivery only, for territories outside of the UK one of our customer service team will make contact with you to find the most competitive rates.

Some brands of insulation panels have a release agent coating which needs to be removed before the Gapotape can be applied.
